THE PEN WAS DELIVERED TO ME WITH A CHEAP LOCALLY MADE CONVERTER WHICH DOESN'T WORK. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS BUT AS YET, NO RESPONSE. 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.
