Disappointing Experience with Poor Packaging

I ordered Sulekha Swadhin Fountain Pen Ink (Green and Blue) bottles from The Pen World and paid Rs. 100 for delivery in addition to the price of the ink bottles. While my order arrived on time, I was disheartened to find that the ink bottle was broken due to inadequate packaging. This left me unable to use the ink I had ordered, making my purchase completely wasted. I expected better care in packaging, and this experience has been quite disappointing.
